Seattle and Seattle Suburbs are a good buy right now - it seems as if the holiday slow down is starting to pick up as we go into 2008.  My phone has been ringing off the hook from buyers who are ready to come down off the fence and take advantage of the buyer bonuses and incentives offered in the Seattle Real Estate Market. 

 

The inventory is holding at over 2.5 months of supply in many Seattle suburb locations and this gives qualified buyers an opportunity to choose better investments.   Add Seattle area buyer bonuses to more inventory and low rates and a Seattle buyer is getting the best of all scenarios.  As a result, Seattle suburb sellers might find that the Seattle Suburb 2008 market is actually a good time to sell!  Just make sure and hire a full service REALTOR and listen to their Seattle real estate selling tips!
