The Cedar Park neighborhood in Seattle has been around since the early 1920’s when it was mostly used by a mill company.  Some lots were subdivided eventually turning those small vacation cottages along the shores of Lake Washington into multi million dollar lake view estates.

In the 1950’s, Cedar Park was annexed to the City of Seattle and slowly more homes were built amongst the gorgeous tree tops.

Cedar Park Living

Today home values reflect a desirable neighborhood; a Seattle neighborhood allowing a bit of privacy and quietness yet still close proximity to the conveniences of city limits.  A rather short and scenic commute along Sand Point Way will take you right into the city either by car or bus. If you commute via a bicycle like many Seattleites, the Burke Gilman Trail runs parallel along Lake Washington and stretches 19 miles from Woodinville to Ballard.

About 6,300 people live in Cedar Park.  The majority of the homes are single family but there are a few apartment and condo buildings. CP@cooperjacobs.com
